Amanda is an active member of the Berufsverband für Gesundheit und Bewegung Schweiz (BGB Schweiz), she is also certified as a course instructor and Studio Pittoreska as a course provider by the quality label Fitness-Guide. Her courses are therefore approved by health insurances.

  • 17:15–18:10 Uhr | Tabata & Mobility with Amanda – STUDIO / ONLINE
    Energetic interval training meets grounding mobility training: inspired by the Tabata method, we alternate between intensive movement and short break phases. The workout is rounded off with beneficial mobilisations and stretches for joints, muscles and fascia. An hour of powering out and grounding, for endurance, strength and flexibility, for the cardiovascular system and joints. Suitable for all fitness levels.     Antara® focuses on the deep stabilising core muscles with the utmost precision. Antara® is a calm, functional training concept for a strong centre. The focus is on the core system, the deep muscle layer of the torso, which is strengthened in depth with gentle to intensive exercises. Antara® activates these deep muscles with precise and intensive exercise sequences. This strengthens the abdominal and back muscles and improves stability and posture. Everything the body learns in this training helps and protects us in everyday life. Trial lesson / initial session:

Private lessons start with a trial lesson (60min) as an introduction. If a package is booked subsequently this initial class is free of charge, otherwise CHF 80 will be charged.

Coachings start with an initial consultation (approx. 30min) to assess the situation, talk about goals and give an outlook. If a coaching is booked subsequently, this appointment is free of charge, otherwise CHF 50 will be charged.
